This summer, the Devils Lake Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors came together for a retreat unlike any other. With the guidance of Shannon Full, President & CEO of the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Chamber, we rolled up our sleeves, dug into some big conversations, and imagined what the future of our community could look like.

 

From those discussions, we crafted something powerful—a working Strategic Plan for 2026–2030. This isn’t just a document for the shelf. It’s a living, breathing roadmap designed to guide our Chamber’s efforts, strengthen our partnerships, and ensure Devils Lake continues to thrive as both a destination and a place to call home.

 

What Makes This Plan Different

This plan was born directly out of conversation. Every idea, every priority, every vision was pulled from our board’s candid discussions about what Devils Lake needs to move forward. It’s collaborative, grounded in our community’s reality, and focused on impact.

 

We’re proud to say that the plan sets clear direction while leaving room for innovation. It’s flexible enough to adapt to the changing world of business and tourism, but strong enough to keep us aligned on what matters most.
