As part of the site’s fresh features, the Chamber has launched a series of dynamic new videos that paint an authentic picture of life in Devils Lake. These short films highlight what it’s like to live, work, and play in the region—from morning kayaking on the lake to showcasing our small businesses.
In addition, the site showcases business spotlight videos, giving visitors an inside look at the variety of workplaces and career opportunities in the area. Whether it’s a family-owned shop, a health clinic, or a tech-savvy start-up, the goal is to let job seekers and prospective residents “meet” Devils Lake employers before they ever arrive.
“We wanted to show—not just tell—what makes our community special,” said Kenner. “These videos are our way of opening the front door and saying, ‘Come on in, take a look around—you’re going to love it here.’”
“Thanks to the RWIP grant, we’ve added a strategic new layer to a website that’s already promoting tourism and economic development across the region,” said Kenner. “This is how we tell the whole Devils Lake story—live, work, play, and thrive – because the Good Life is in Our Nature.”
