The Shores is the new premier lakeside venue in Devils Lake located at Woodland Resort. We are so excited to have opened our doors in June for everything from parties to weddings to business meetings to concerts!

The community is super fun and supportive, and the lake offers beautiful views for all events.
Why is The Shores a Chamber Member?
Woodland is a huge supporter of the Chamber and all of their hard work bringing business and visitors to Devils Lake. Partnering with the community is very important to us.
Tell us something about The Shores!
We have a private lakeside patio with fire pits, full bar and catering on-site, and can fit even the largest of gatherings inside our main hall (400 guests and then some)!
How has The Shores changed in the past year?
Woodland Resort started construction on the new venue in the fall of 2024 and the project was completed in less than a year thanks to all of our wonderful partners and contractors. This new venture is a huge step for the resort and we hope it serves the community well.
What specials or events can be found at The Shores for the month of September?
We are now booking for events, conferences, weddings, and more in 2026 and 2027!
